Oky Pratama Appears in the Rp20 Million Buzzer Fund Flow, Heni Sagara: Why Not Be Investigated by the Police?

BANDUNG - The trial of the alleged defamation case with the complainant, cosmetics entrepreneur Heni Sagara, resumed at the Bandung District Court (PN), Thursday, June 25.

The shocking facts were revealed at the trial when the prosecutor revealed the digital trail of the flow of funds that dragged the name of a public figure, dr. Oky Pratama.

The agenda of this trial is the examination of the defendants, namely Ferry and Restu. In front of the panel of judges, the two defendants initially insisted that their actions uploading content related to Heni Sagara were purely to increase personal income through social media engagement, without any order from any party.

"There are 12 posts about Bu Heni, (done to) increase income. There is none (who ordered)," said Ferry during the trial.

However, the confession was immediately refuted by the Public Prosecutor (JPU). Based on the findings at the trial, the Public Prosecutor revealed 13 suspicious transactions that entered Ferry and Restu's accounts throughout 2025.

One of the most striking findings was the evidence of a transfer of Rp20 million sent on behalf of Oky Pratama.

"There is (a flow of funds) of 20 million from Oky Pratama," said one of the JPU in the courtroom.

Hearing the facts of the trial, Heni Sagara who was present could not hide his surprise. He admitted that he was shocked to find Oky Pratama's name listed as one of the money senders to the party who allegedly acted as a buzzer to attack his good name.

"I was shocked, I was weak, I cried. Oh God, finally (it was revealed), even though this is just the beginning," said Heni Sagara to the media after the trial.

Even though he felt that one by one the facts were beginning to emerge, Heni smelled something wrong in this legal process. He questioned why the name Oky Pratama, which clearly appeared in the transaction evidence, was not touched in the previous police investigation process.

Heni also launched a sharp criticism of the performance of the West Java Police investigators regarding the handling of this case.

"Why was brother Oky Pratama not investigated by the police, even though there was a transfer. Why didn't the West Java Police investigate Oky Pratama? Is there a mafia of law here?" said Heni in a questioning tone.

Until this news was released, the editorial team was still trying to contact Oky Pratama to get clarification regarding the appearance of the doctor's name in the trial.
