Golkar Legislator Appreciates PT Telkom Achieves Highest Dividend

Member of the House of Representatives Firnando H Ganinduto appreciates the work of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. One of them is related to PT Telkom's dividend achievement in 2026 which is higher than the previous year.

In a working meeting with Commission VI of the DPR, PT Telkom explained that the dividend achieved in 2026 touched 22 percent, consisting of 11.46 percent for the government and 10.54 shareholders.

This figure is up from the 2025 achievement, where PT Telkom's dividend touched 21.05 percent. This figure consists of 10.96 for the government and 10.08 for shareholders.

"Mom (PT Telkom President Director Dian Siswarini) has presented the highest dividend presentation of PT Telkom, we should appreciate it because the dividend is also for the people," said Firnando at the DPR building, Jakarta, Wednesday, June 24.

However, this Golkar Legislator reminded that PT Telkom could continue to transform in accordance with the development of the era. Most importantly, it can accompany the increasingly developing creative economy.

"The second is that today the creative economy is in a state of convulsions again, suppressed by the government, automatically digital, digital talent must also follow the mother, PT Telkom, there must be no lag in the creative economy," he said.

Firnando does not want the government-owned telecommunications industry to be unable to keep up with the development of the digital industry. For him, the transformation of the telecommunications industry, especially in PT Telkom's programs, is proof that the government fully supports the development of creative economy.

"Digital talent must be in PT Telkom, so that the world of technology that continues to move should not be left behind by the existence of creative economy that today has been pursued by the government," he said.

In the meeting, Firnando also conveyed his congratulations to Dian who was again trusted by the government to serve as the President Director of PT Telkom. The reappointment as President Director is proof that Dian is able to bring PT Telkom in a better direction.

"We want to congratulate you on your reappointment as Telkom President Director, I remember once when you were the first time as the President Director of PT Telkom moved from the private sector, in this room I told you to be careful that PT Telkom is different from the private sector, this bureaucracy is extraordinary, today you have been re-elected have proven that you Dian has achieved and is wanted by the government to represent PT Telkom," said Firnando.
