1.151 Km Regional Road Inaugurated by President Prabowo, Transportation Costs Cheaper

Sampang - President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated the completion of the construction of 1,151 kilometers of regional roads spread across 37 provinces throughout Indonesia. This took place in Sampang, East Java, Tuesday, June 23.

According to President Prabowo, regional road development is one of the government's efforts to bring about equitable development while reducing people's logistics costs.

President Prabowo stated that regional roads are the main link for the movement of farmers' crops, garden produce, fishery products, and various community products from villages to markets and distribution centers.

Regional roads are important because Indonesia is a very large country with a very large area with different geographical conditions.
