For Exclusive Breast Milk, Amanda Manopo is Willing to Avoid Eating Fish to Cow Milk Products

JAKARTA - As a new mother, Amanda Manopo is fully committed to giving the best for Baby Zac, including nutrition. Amanda is now struggling to provide exclusive breast milk even though she has to face the challenges of allergies experienced by her baby.

"The most ASI is the challenge. I have to take care of my food, so it happens that my son is the same as the cow, dairy can't. So his milk must also be really safe milk because he can get a rash on his face," said Amanda Manopo in the Jakarta area, not long ago.

Not only processed milk products, Amanda also has to avoid fish consumption to maintain the quality of her breast milk.

"Same fish, he-eh fish, he's allergic. So if I eat fish, because I'm breastfeeding, I'm DBF (Direct Breastfeeding), so it has to be cut off," he added.

Currently, Amanda is implementing a combination method in providing breast milk so that the baby's weight remains ideal.

"Now it's being combined with the DBF and the pump, that's why. Because what... he has to chase his weight, so that he doesn't get yellow," he explained again.

Many praised the smoothness of Amanda Manopo's breast milk which seemed abundant. When asked about the secret, Kenny Austin gave a romantic answer.

"The secret is dear," Kenny said briefly.

Amanda also agreed that her husband's support was the key to the smooth production. "The secret... it's also a secret that I want to know. But this is my ASI booster," said Amanda while pointing to Kenny Austin.

Kenny also responded with a joke that made the atmosphere liquid. "Yes, it's amazing," joked Kenny.

Regarding the target for breastfeeding, Amanda Manopo has high hopes to be able to breastfeed for a long time.

"I'm trying for 2 years. That's it. That's if God allows and gives everything smoothly, 2 years," he hoped.

For the sake of smoothness, Amanda also underwent a health tradition from Kenny's family who are of Chinese descent.

"Because it happens, Kenny is Chinese, so there is a tradition that always happens when there is a mother who gives birth," said Amanda.

The special food menu called Ciapo became Amanda's regular consumption to accelerate recovery and facilitate breast milk

"The point is Ciapo. Ciapo, Angcio, so that his mother's recovery is faster, one of them is also to improve breast milk," explained Kenny Austin.

Therefore, Amanda emphasized that she would not go on a diet in the near future for the sake of her baby.

"There are no diets. If you breastfeed, you can't diet, you can't reduce your food intake because it's the nutrition for the baby," said Amanda Manopo.
