Alva User's Story, Lost Motorcycle Stolen Successfully Found via Anti Theft Feature

JAKARTA - ALVA shared the real experience of one of its users in a Customer Story Session held at the ALVA booth at the 2026 Jakarta Fair (PRJ). Where, Abay the owner of ALVA CERVO Q lost his motorcycle, and was successfully found again.

In the incident, Abay also lost his mobile phone at the same time. Even so, he admitted that he could still use the security features available on ALVA CERVO Q.

With the support of ALVA's 24-hour Customer Service, he was able to access the vehicle's security features and monitor the location of his motorcycle until it was finally found. According to him, the Anti Theft feature is really helpful.

"I feel the benefits of Anti Theft directly connected to the My ALVA Mobile App. When faced with unexpected situations, this feature helps me monitor the location of the vehicle," said Abay to reporters, not long ago.

"Plus the support of ALVA Customer Service who is responsive when I can't access the application from my personal phone. For me, the presence of security features and 24-hour services like this gives a sense of security and adds value to daily vehicle use," he continued.

In the same session, Head of Digital Product, Engineering and Information Technology ALVA, Redya Febriyanto, explained that the Anti Theft feature is one of the important technologies. This is in line with the increasing use of ALVA electric motorcycles as the main vehicle for people to support daily activities.

"Technology on ALVA is not only present as a feature, but is designed to provide a sense of security and peace of mind for users in everyday life. Through Abay's experience as a CERVO owner, the ALVA Anti Theft feature shows its benefits when needed, so users not only get a vehicle that is comfortable to use, but also more connected security support," said Redya.

ALVA CERVO is not only equipped with the ability to track the location of vehicles through GPS, but also has an Anti Theft feature that allows owners to turn off the motorcycle remotely through the My ALVA Mobile App.

When the feature is activated, the vehicle will stop and cannot be restarted, so it can help prevent vehicle abuse and give owners time to take the next step.

According to ALVA, Abay's experience is an illustration of how integrated security technology can provide real benefits when users face emergency conditions. As the adoption of electric motorcycles as the main vehicle increases, the security aspect is considered to be one of the factors that are increasingly being considered in the vehicle ownership experience.

ALVA's commitment to providing safe and connected electric mobility is also reflected in the development of an expanding supporting ecosystem. Throughout 2025, the company recorded sales growth of 52.9 percent compared to the previous year.

This performance is supported by a charging network that now includes 355 connectors in 170 locations, as well as roadside assistance and after-sales services available in various regions of Indonesia.

In the future, ALVA sees vehicles no longer only functioning as a means of transportation, but rather as part of a mobility ecosystem that is able to provide security, comfort, and peace of mind for users.
