Ruben Onsu's Lawyer Questions Child Who Joined Sarwendah's TikTok Live Until Midnight
JAKARTA - The tension between Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah is certain to continue to the green table. Minola Sebayang, Ruben Onsu's lawyer, hinted that a significant legal step or child custody lawsuit would be registered next week to fight for his client's rights.
This step was taken to ensure the best interests of Ruben and Sarwendah's children.
"In the next week, there will definitely be a movement that we will carry out as one of the forms of efforts to defend the rights of our clients to be able to gather with their children," said Minola Sebayang via Zoom, Saturday, June 20.
Minola also emphasized that this legal step is aimed at ensuring that children are in the right environment.
"In addition, it is also to ensure that these children are in a safe environment and in an environment that can be trusted for the growth and development of their children's souls. Just wait," he added.
Although Ruben Onsu is rumored to be going on a umrah, Minola insists that the schedule will not interfere with their legal plans.
"Whether or not Ruben is in Indonesia, that is our benchmark, if there are no obstacles," he said.
Responding to the plan, Sarwendah's lawyer, Chris Sam Siwu, expressed his readiness. He actually felt that the court was the most appropriate place to prove the actual facts rather than arguing in the public space.
"Once again we just say that it is something we are waiting for, not that we are challenging. But that's where the actual settlement has to be made. So not with framing on social media," said Chris Sam Siwu.
Chris believes his client is a good mother and deserves custody. He said he was ready to test all the arguments and evidence before the judge later.
"We test everything in the trial related to child custody. And we also have the right to present all the evidence we have to present that our client is a very good mother," explained Chris confidently.
Sarwendah's party claims to be very confident that the judge's decision will eventually be in their favor.
"We are very confident that child custody will still exist in our client. I will be more satisfied if it is actually filed in court," continued Chris.
Minola himself was reluctant to disclose the details of the lawsuit so as not to be premature.
"It is not possible for us to mention it on this occasion because it means revealing the secrets of what is the content of our lawsuit," said Minola Sebayang.
