Crying at the Trial, Heni Sagara Confesses One Year as a Victim of Black Campaign
BANDUNG - The famous cosmetics entrepreneur, Heni Sagara, was unable to hold back his emotions when giving testimony at the Bandung District Court (PN), Thursday, June 18, 2026.
During the trial for the alleged defamation or black campaign case that reported him, Heni opened up about the suffering he had experienced over the past year.
Heni appeared as a witness to the reporter in the trial, which also featured witnesses from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). In front of the panel of judges, the boss of this skincare admitted that he was very shocked by the negative narrative addressed to him.
After the trial, Heni revealed that the moment of giving testimony in the courtroom brought back the dark memories of the massive attacks he received on social media.
"It must be sad. I have been attacked for a year. After they were caught, the attacks stopped," said Heni Sagara at the Bandung District Court (PN), Thursday, June 18.
What makes Heni's heart even more torn is the fact that the black campaign was launched when she was just fighting in the delivery room. He remembers how his days taking care of newborns had to be interrupted by uploads that he called slander.
"I still remember, I had to hold my baby while looking at various slanderous posts and black campaigns," he said.
Apart from the emotional aspect, this trial also revealed crucial facts from the legality of the product. Heni Sagara's legal assistant highlighted the testimony of representatives of BPOM who attended the trial.
Based on the testimony of the BPOM witness, Heni Sagara's products that had been the subject of gossip on social media were confirmed to have official distribution permits. This also broke the negative narrative that had been circulating.
"All our products, both those displayed in the post and those that are not, have obtained distribution permits from BPOM," said Heni Sagara's lawyer.
The lawyer added that the narrative that said his client's product was problematic was not proven in court. "Which is right and which is wrong will be seen. We are talking about data and facts," he added.
Even though the testimony of the reporting witness and BPOM has been heard, the legal process will still continue. The next court agenda is scheduled to present digital forensic experts to dissect electronic evidence related to the alleged defamation.
Heni Sagara's party asked the public to remain calm and not be fooled by wild issues. They hope that the public will judge this case objectively based on the facts revealed at the green table.
"We just have to wait for the legal process to run. Facts will speak," concluded the lawyer.
