Guarantee the Transparency of DKI's Solid Works, Pramono Anung: There is No Ordal

JAKARTA - The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung Wibowo, emphasized that the implementation of the Padat Karya program in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) was carried out with a transparent system. This step ensures that there is no practice of "insider bribery" (ordal) as has been feared by some people.

"No, no (there is no ordal). If this is because all systems are very open, it is impossible (to use) ordal," said Pramono when met by reporters in the Central Jakarta area, Friday, June 19, 2026.

Pramono explained that the openness of the operating system of the Padat Karya program was deliberately designed so that it could be directly monitored by the public. Thus, the temporary jobs provided really fall into the hands of the people who need it most.

In line with this, the Special Staff of the Governor and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta for Public Communication, Chico Hakim, appealed to residents to always filter the information that is circulating.
