Kejaksaan Segel Gudang 21.801 Motor Listrik BGN di Bogor Terkait Kasus MBG

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Attorney General's Office for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) sealed the warehouse storing electric motorcycles belonging to the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) in the Sentul area, Bogor Regency, West Java.

This step was taken in the context of the investigation into the alleged criminal act of corruption in the management of the free nutritious meal program (MBG) period 2025-2026. The sealing was carried out on Wednesday, June 17 as part of efforts to secure evidence in the case which is suspected of causing damage to state finances of more than Rp. 1 trillion.

Director of Investigation of the Attorney General's Office, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, said the investigation team went directly to the location to conduct a physical verification of the assets as well as installing a security seal on the electric motorcycle storage warehouse.

According to Syarief, the results of the interim investigation showed that there were 21,801 electric motor units whose purchase had been fully paid by BGN. However, most of the vehicles are still stored in warehouses and have not been distributed to the parties who should receive the benefits of the program.

"The sealing was carried out to ensure that the status of evidence remains safe during the investigation," said Syarief.

In this case, the Attorney General's Office has named five suspects. They are the former Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana, the former Deputy Head of BGN for Organizational Development and Institutional Relations Lodewyk Pusung, the former Deputy Head of BGN for Operational Nutrition Fulfillment Sony Sonjaya, the private party Asep Yusuf Soemantri, and Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal Andri Mulyono.

Investigators suspect that the suspects practice price inflation (mark up) and appoint vendors who do not meet the requirements in the procurement of goods.

The project to procure 21,801 electric motor units worth Rp. 1.035 trillion is known to have been carried out by PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal. However, based on the initial findings of investigators, the company is suspected of not having an adequate network of active dealers and workshops to support the implementation of a national-scale project.

In addition to the procurement of electric motorcycles, the Attorney General's Office is also investigating alleged irregularities in a number of other projects in the BGN environment. Some of the procurements that are being investigated include 32,000 pairs of shoes, 31,994 units of tablet computers, and 5,400 units of televisions that are suspected of having similar patterns of violations.

Investigators suspect there are discrepancies in the procurement and implementation of contracts for a number of projects. In this regard, the Attorney General's Office continues to trace the flow of funds and the possibility of the involvement of other parties in the case.

The Attorney General's Office emphasized that the investigation would continue to be developed to uncover all parties responsible, as well as seeking to recover state losses in the alleged corruption of the free nutritious meal program, which is worth more than Rp. 1 trillion.
