Batal to Russia, Prasetyo: President Prabowo Has His Own Considerations

Bogor - The Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi explained the reason why President Prabowo Subianto canceled his agenda to Russia to attend the ASEAN-Russia Summit in Kazan, Russia.

This was explained by Prasetyo Hadi at the Garuda Yaksa Training Center, Hambalang, Bogor, Wednesday, June 17.

Although he did not attend the agenda in Russia, Prasetyo ensured that bilateral relations between Indonesia and Russia remained good. According to him, a number of cooperation that had previously been agreed upon by the two countries are currently being followed up technically.

Prasetyo added that the President had also established intensive communication with friendly countries, including Russia, through various previous bilateral meetings.

In addition, President Prabowo is also actively attending ASEAN regional forums to strengthen Indonesia's diplomatic relations and economic cooperation with strategic partners in various parts of the world.
