UNM Strengthens Digital Human Resources to Face the Era of Technology-Based Economy
JAKARTA - Nusa Mandiri University (UNM) has strengthened strategic collaboration with the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Polri) through discussions on the extension of cooperation which focuses on human resource development (HRD) and digital competence improvement.
This step is part of efforts to strengthen synergy between the world of education and state institutions in meeting human resource needs in the midst of accelerating digital transformation.
As a Digital Business Campus, Nusa Mandiri University considers collaboration with the National Police as an important step to expand the contribution of universities in supporting the improvement of professional, ethical, and adaptable human resources.

"We hope that this collaboration can present programs that provide real benefits for human resource development, digital competence improvement, and strengthening the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education," he said.
He added that the extension of this cooperation is not only a symbol of the sustainability of institutional relations, but also opens up opportunities for the birth of various new programs that are more innovative and have a wide impact.
"In the midst of accelerating digital transformation, the synergy between the world of education and state institutions is becoming increasingly important. We are optimistic that this strengthened cooperation will give birth to various strategic initiatives that support the improvement of the quality of education, research, community service, and the development of human resources that are ready to face the challenges of the future," he said.
The discussion of the extension of this cooperation is also an opportunity to strengthen collaboration in various fields that support national development, including human capital capacity building, strengthening digital literacy, and the development of programs based on innovation and technology.
"With the process of extending the cooperation that is being prepared, Nusa Mandiri University and the National Police are optimistic that they can continue to present productive and sustainable collaboration," he said.
