BP Tapera Records Distribution of FLPP Subsidized Houses as of June 11 Reaches 77,532 Units

JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) recorded the realization of the distribution of the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) for subsidized houses as of June 11, 2026 has reached 77,532 units of houses or 22.15 percent of the government's target this year of 350,000 units.

BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said that the distribution of housing financing assistance funds or subsidized houses through the FLPP scheme continues to show a positive trend.

"In addition to monitoring the performance of the distributing banks and developer associations, we also continue to carry out socialization so that more low-income people (MBR) can access and utilize the subsidized housing program. Of course, we do this through collaboration with working partners such as the Ministry of Housing and Settlements, Banking, to the Housing Developers Association," said Heru as quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, June 14.

This achievement is a collaboration with 36 distributing banks and 21 developer associations.

The realization of the Sejahtera FLPP KPR is spread across 8,859 subsidized housing built by 9,163 developers in 375 districts/cities in 35 provinces in Indonesia.

On the banking side, Bank BTN is the largest FLPP distributor with a realization of 37,657 units or 48.56 percent of the total distribution achievement.

Followed by Bank Syariah Nasional distributing 19,088 units (24.61 percent), Bank BRI 6,275 units (8.09 percent), Bank BNI 5,608 units (7.23 percent), and Bank Mandiri 2,755 units (3.55 percent), and 7.96 percent of the rest are other FLPP distribution bank partners.

Meanwhile, from the side of the developer association, the achievement comes from the Indonesian Real Estate (REI) with the highest realization of 32,026 units or 41.3 percent of the total distribution at present.

The next position is occupied by the Association of All Indonesian Housing and Settlement Developers (Apersi) with 23,048 units (29.72 percent), the Association of Residents and Housing Developers (Himperra) with 10,426 units (13.44 percent), the Association of National House Developers and Marketers (Asprumnas) with 3,532 units (4.55 percent), and PI with 2,475 units (3.19 percent), and the remaining 7.8 percent came from other developer associations.

Based on BP Tapera data, the interest of the younger generation in the subsidized housing financing program is at the highest position. The age group of 19-25 years old is the largest FLPP beneficiary with 28,060 units or 36.19 percent of the total national achievement this year.

This proves that the interest of young people to own their first home through this subsidized financing scheme is quite large.

In terms of types of work, the private sector type of work group still shows the largest group using the FLPP service, namely 52,592 or 67.83 percent.

Followed by the group of self-employed workers of 12,699 or 16.38 percent, civil servants of 6,343 or 8.18 percent, others of 4,723 or 6.09 percent, and TNI/Polri of 1,175 or 1.52 percent.

BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho is optimistic that the distribution of FLPP will continue to increase every month.

According to him, BP Tapera routinely coordinates and monitors the performance of the distributing banks and developer associations to ensure that distribution is carried out according to the target.
