FINNA Art 2026 is Back as a Stage for the Creativity of Indonesian Designers and Illustrators

JAKARTA - After the success of the previous year's event, PT Sekar Laut is back with the FINNA Art Design Illustration Competition 2026 (FINNA Art 2026).

Carrying the theme "One Table, a Million Stories, Together with FINNA FOOD", FINNA Art again invites Indonesian designers and illustrators to showcase their best works.

Wenny Viana as National Marketing Communication Manager of PT Sekar Laut said that the re-holding of this competition is inseparable from the company's efforts to support the art ecosystem in the country.

"This year we are again giving a platform for art activists, especially designers and illustrators in Indonesia, so that the art sector gets more attention in Indonesia," said Wenny at a press conference in Kemang, South Jakarta, Friday, June 12.

"Although we are synonymous with culinary, we want to collaborate across fields," added Wenny.

This competition also collaborates with two young artists, WD Willy and Liffi Wongso, who will act as judges. With the accompaniment of Welly Gunawan as President Director of PT Sekar Laut, they will assess the works of the participants.

Willy also appreciated the presence of FINNA Art 2026. For him, this competition provides an opportunity for designers and illustrators to show off and be better known.

However, Willy reminded the competition participants not to repeat the mistake by making works that suit the taste of the judges. The best assessment will be given to those who dare to be themselves and consistent with the themes and guidelines given.

"We hope that participants are not stuck on the style of our work as a reference in this competition. As a jury, we hope that there will be many works with various design and illustration styles from young talents who are fresh," said Willy.

The total prize given by FINNA Art 2026 reached IDR 80 million, with the first place receiving IDR 25 million, the second place receiving IDR 20 million, and the third place receiving IDR 15 million.

Meanwhile, the Social Media Favorite Champion will receive Rp5 million and three Special Category winners will each receive Rp5 million.
