List of Four Teams Qualified for the 2026 National Round of the Campus League Basketball Finals

JAKARTA - Campus League 2026 - Basketball The Nationals Season I has completed the semifinal match. Four teams from four different campuses have also secured tickets for the final match.

The series of semifinal matches which took place at the Basketball Court of Pelita Harapan University (UPH), Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten, was completed on Friday, June 12, 2026, WIB evening.

From the women's sector, the two teams that managed to secure the top ticket were Soegijapranata Catholic University (SCU) and Surabaya University (Ubaya). SCU passed by bending Satya Wacana Christian University (67-23), while Ubaya beat UPH host (81-50).

The captain of the Surabaya University Team, Mayviana Lysandra Tandiono, said that the key to their victory in the semifinal match against the host UPH was spirit and togetherness.

"At the beginning of the match we were tense so it was difficult to develop the game. However, we all tried to calm down so that we could play better starting in the third quarter and widening the lead," he said.

The clash between the University of Surabaya (Ubaya) and Soegijapranata Catholic University (SCU) in the final of the women's category is certainly interesting. The two teams previously met at the 2025 National Student Sports Week (Pomnas) and were won by Ubaya.

Coach of the Surabaya University Women's Team Wellyanto Pribadi said that his team needed to improve their defense and discipline throughout the match when facing SCU in the final round.

"At Pomnas we were lucky enough to win because they made it very difficult throughout the match. So, in my opinion, this time the chances of winning for both teams are 50-50 and for our team the most important thing is to play more disciplined and focused in defense," he said.

In the men's category, Perbanas Institute successfully provided a great resistance and turned the tide after being behind in the first two quarters against the host team, Pelita Harapan University (UPH). Perbanas closed the match with a victory 59-50.

Meanwhile, in the other men's semifinal match, Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) managed to overcome the great resistance of Surabaya University with a final result of 63-55.

"Looking at the final match, whoever the opponent is, we have already faced them. We just need to focus on our own game to be more disciplined and display better game organization in both defense and attack than today," said Perbanas men's team coach Zulfahrizal.
