IDEA Achieves 231 Percent Net Profit Growth in 2025

JAKARTA - PT IDea Indonesia Akademi Tbk (IDEA) recorded solid performance growth throughout the 2025 fiscal year. In the Public Exposure (Public Expose) and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on June 5, 2026, the Company reported net profit of IDR 2.77 billion, an increase of 231 percent compared to 2024 which was recorded at IDR 835 million.

The increase in profit reflects the Company's success in optimizing operations, improving the quality of education and training services, and strengthening a business model that is oriented towards the needs of industries and the labor market.

Perseoran President Director, Eko Desriyanto, said that this achievement is an important foundation for the Company to enter the next growth phase in 2026.

"The significant profit growth in 2025 shows that the strategies implemented by the Company have been effective. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the education and training ecosystem that is directly connected to the needs of the world of work, including the international labor market," said Eko, in a statement, Friday, June 12.

As part of the 2026 growth strategy, IDEA will accelerate the development of overseas job placement programs, which are currently one of the Company's main focuses. The high demand for skilled labor in various countries opens up great opportunities for graduates of training programs organized by IDEA.

The company targets that as much as 70% of the total training participants in 2026 can be absorbed into the overseas labor market, both through direct placement schemes and cooperation with international partners in various target countries.

To achieve this target, IDEA continues to strengthen the curriculum based on the needs of the global industry, improve the foreign language competence of participants, expand the certification program for professions, and establish strategic cooperation with international labor distribution companies and institutions.

Management believes that the overseas job placement business will be one of the main drivers of the Company's growth in the coming years. In addition to contributing to increasing the company's revenue and profitability, this strategy is also in line with efforts to create a competitive Indonesian workforce that is able to compete globally.

With the increasingly strong business fundamentals and the ever-expanding market opportunities, IDEA is optimistic that it can continue the trend of performance growth in 2026 while strengthening its position as an education and human resource development company that is oriented towards job absorption and global industry needs.
