Prosecutor Reveals Rp21 Billion Flow to Director General of Customs Djaka Budhi at the Sidang Bos Blueray Cargo

JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed the flow of money to the Director General of Customs and Excise Djaka Budhi from the boss of PT Blueray Cargo, John Field.

The details of the money flow were read by the prosecutor in the examination of John Field as a defendant at the Jakarta Corruption Court today, June 12. The boss of Blueray Cargo admitted that the BC1 code was intended for Djaka Budhi.

Then, he also agreed to the BC2 code for Rizal as the Director of Enforcement and Investigation of the Directorate General of Customs (DJBC) for the period 2024 to January 2026, and BC3 for Sisprian Subiaksono as the Head of the P2 Intelligence Sub-Directorate of the DJBC.

"The allocation in July 2025 is Rp8.2 million. BC1 Director General of Customs Djaka Budhi Utama Rp3 million, BC2 Bang Rizal Rp2 million, BC3 Sis Rp1 million. Is that right?" asked the prosecutor in front of the panel of judges.

"That's right," said John Field.

"Okay. Then for the August payment, the accumulation was Rp8,950,000,000 in the form of Singapore dollars. Then BC1 Director General Djaka Budhi Utama Rp3 M, BC2 Bang Rizal Rp2 M, BC3 Sis Rp1 M," continued the prosecutor.

"True," John Field replied again.

Furthermore, the prosecutor also revealed that the money flow was believed to have been received by the parties concerned. Because, Orlando Hamonangan alias Ocoy as the Head of the Customs Intelligence Directorate General of Customs and Excise has never complained.

"So Mr. John, the court understands and believes from Mr. Ocoy's words that Mr. Ocoy has never expressed any complaints or complaints by the parties who received that the money of Mr. John did not arrive. Never?" asked the prosecutor.

"Never," John Field replied.

"And that convinced Mr. John and Mr. John understood the money would reach the codes according to what Mr. Ocoy said?"

"Yes," said John Field.
