JAKARTA. - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Office (Dishub) appeals to motor vehicle users to anticipate travel and avoid a number of roads that are potentially experiencing traffic congestion due to the BEM UI demonstration and a number of community elements in the Bundaran HI area today.
