iMe Indonesia as the promoter who held the BTS concert in Jakarta, reminded ARMY to be more vigilant against fraud during the ticket sales period.

Through the official social media account, iMe Indonesia confirmed that it only uses one platform for ticket sales.

"iMe Indonesia only sells tickets through Tiket.com as an official ticketing partner and does not cooperate with other parties such as titip services (jastip), scalpers, and other people who represent iMe Indonesia," the promoter said in an official statement.

The promoter also showed screenshots of several social media accounts offering BTS concert tickets at higher prices, of which some claimed to have received tickets from those working at iMe Indonesia.

"We urge all prospective buyers to always be careful and only buy tickets through the official channels that have been determined," he said.

Furthermore, the promoter also prohibits parties who want to make BTS concert tickets as giveaways, without prior agreement.

"Tickets are prohibited from being used as promotional or giveaway prizes by any party for commercial/non-commercial needs, without an official agreement with iMe Indonesia and the artist management," said the promoter. "iMe Indonesia will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of purchasing tickets outside of Tiket.com as our official ticketing partner."

Regarding the allegations and defamation, the promoter ensured to take firm steps, including taking legal action.

"All accusations that lead to defamation of iMe Indonesia, which can be proven directly or through social media and the accusations cannot be proven, will be brought to the legal track in accordance with the applicable regulations and laws. Please do not be easily swayed by offers that promise tickets with small QN/SN and come directly from the promoter (insider)," he concluded.

For information, the BTS concert titled "BTS World Tour Arirang in Jakarta" will be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium on December 26 and 27.
