Jabodetabek Weather Thursday, June 11 Clear Cloudy, Temperature reaches 34 Degrees Celsius
JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the weather in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas on Thursday, June 11 will be dominated by cloudy to cloudy conditions with air temperatures ranging from 23 to 34 degrees Celsius. As the dry season expands, the weather in Jabodetabek tends to be more stable, although light rain is still potentially occurring in the afternoon and evening in a number of areas.
In the DKI Jakarta area, the weather is expected to be sunny to cloudy from morning to afternoon. The air temperature ranges from 25 to 34 degrees Celsius with an air humidity level of around 55-90 percent. South Jakarta and East Jakarta have the potential to experience light rain in the afternoon to the evening, while other areas tend to be cloudy.
Meanwhile, the Bogor area is predicted to experience cloudy weather in the morning with the possibility of light rain in the afternoon to evening. The Puncak area and the southern Bogor Regency need to be aware of local rain which can cause slippery roads and reduce visibility. The air temperature in Bogor ranges from 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.
In Depok City, the weather is predicted to be cloudy throughout the day with an air temperature between 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. Similar conditions are also predicted to occur in Tangerang with a temperature ranging from 24 to 33 degrees Celsius and Bekasi which has an air temperature between 25 to 34 degrees Celsius.
BMKG urges the public to maintain body condition and meet fluid needs while being active outdoors, especially during the day when the air temperature reaches more than 30 degrees Celsius. Even though the dry season is starting to develop, local rain potential can still occur due to regional atmospheric dynamics.
In general, the weather in Jabodetabek on Thursday is expected to be quite supportive of community activities, both for travel, office activities, and outdoor activities.
