Danantara prepares outstanding talent through Danantara Corporate University
JAKARTA - The State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN) together with Danantara Indonesia is preparing superior talent through Danantara Corporate University.
"Human resource development is the main foundation in creating a competitive and globally competitive SOEs," said the Head of BP BUMN and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Danantara Indonesia Dony Oskaria in a statement in Jakarta, Wednesday.
BP BUMN together with Danantara Indonesia are starting to seriously work on strategic projects in the field of human resource development (HRD).
This step is realized by the establishment of Danantara Corporate University as a learning center and development of human capital of SOEs.
Dony emphasized that in the midst of business transformation and the increasingly rapid development of technology, a competent learning system is a must. "A learning system is needed that is capable of producing superior talent, future leaders, and human resources that are adaptive to change," he said.
In the meeting held to strengthen the agenda for the development of national talent, the discussion focused on four main things. First, the preparation of an integrated learning ecosystem. Second, the development of leadership programs and superior talent. Third, collaboration with educational institutions and global partners. Fourth, strengthening the strategic competencies needed in facing industrial transformation. "We are ready to prepare superior talent, global vision, and able to bring Indonesian SOEs to become world-class players," said Dony.
For information, the Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (Danantara) targets the development of 15 thousand semiconductor talents in the next three to five years to support the development of future technology industries in Indonesia.
Danantara Sigit Puji Santosa's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) said that human resource development is the initial foundation in building a national semiconductor industry ecosystem.
