Jakpro Strengthens JIS Commercialization Strategy through Partnership with Feel Good Network

JAKARTA - PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) (Jakpro) and Feel Good Network officially signed a strategic partnership agreement for the management of the naming rights of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). This cooperation is an important step in optimizing the commercial potential of the stadium of pride of the people of Jakarta while strengthening the position of JIS as one of the most prestigious sponsorship assets in Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region.

Through this partnership, Feel Good Network will support the management and development of the JIS naming rights commercialization strategy in a comprehensive manner, ranging from the preparation of marketing strategies, management of the tender process, support for negotiations, to the implementation of joint cooperation with selected sponsor partners.

As an international standard stadium that has hosted various sports, entertainment, and global-scale activities, JIS has a strategic value that lies not only in its infrastructure function, but also in its brand strength and exposure. The naming rights program is expected to bring long-term collaboration that benefits all parties while supporting the sustainability of city asset management.

As part of the JIS naming rights commercialization process, Jakpro together with Feel Good Network will carry out a number of strategic stages which will be initiated by market sounding to map market interest and identify potential partnerships. This stage will be followed by exploratory talks to a number of companies and brands that are considered to be in line with the character, values, and positioning of JIS as an international standard stadium.

After the exploration process is completed, Jakpro will carry out a limited tender (by invitation only) by inviting selected corporations and brands that meet the criteria that have been set. This approach is designed to ensure that the process takes place professionally and results in a partnership that is able to provide strategic value for all parties.

JIS' naming rights will be offered in a five (5) year cooperation scheme. This period is designed to provide certainty, stability, and long-term visibility for sponsor partners, while maximizing the potential for brand exposure that JIS has as a leading sports, entertainment, and public space destination in Jakarta.

Director of Business & Operations of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), Adi Adnyana, said that this initiative is part of Jakpro's efforts to continue to develop an innovative, professional, and sustainable asset management model.

"Jakarta International Stadium is a strategic asset of the city that is designed to be more than just a stadium. JIS presents itself as a sports, entertainment, and public space (multipurpose venue) destination that makes Jakarta residents proud, while supporting Jakarta's transformation into a global city that is competitive, sustainable, and cultural. The partnership with Feel Good Network in the management of naming rights is an important step to bring in the right corporate partners, which not only provide economic value, but are also able to strengthen the identity, appeal, and reputation of JIS globally," said Adi Adnyana, in his statement, Tuesday, June 9.

Feel Good Network CEO, Wisnu Satria Putra, expressed his optimism about the great potential that JIS has as a collaboration platform between the public sector and the business world.

"JIS is an asset with great strategic value and commercial potential. We see an opportunity to present a partnership that not only provides business benefits, but also creates a positive impact on the development of the sports, entertainment, and lifestyle ecosystem in Jakarta. We welcome this trust with enthusiasm and are committed to presenting a professional, transparent process, and producing the best partner for JIS," said Wisnu.

Through this naming rights initiative, Jakpro hopes to open up wider collaboration opportunities with the business world while strengthening the sustainability of city asset management. This step is also in line with the efforts of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in encouraging financing innovation, optimizing regional assets, and strengthening Jakarta's position as a globally competitive city at the international level.
