PTPP Wins Mamuju Central Hospital Project of IDR 143.09 Billion, Supports the Equalization of Health Services and the Priority Program of President Prabowo
JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a national construction and investment company under the auspices of Danantara Indonesia, has again strengthened its contribution to the development of social infrastructure through the acquisition of the Mamuju Tengah Regency Hospital construction project. This project is part of efforts to equalize national health services, especially in expanding access to modern and quality health facilities in areas outside the growth center and areas that still need strengthening of health service infrastructure.
This project owned by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has a contract value of IDR 143.09 billion (including VAT), with a period of implementation for 240 calendar days or about 8 months, and a maintenance period of 365 calendar days. The construction of this RSUD aims to increase the capacity of health services through a program to increase the class of hospitals from type D to type C. Later, the hospital facility will support more complete health services, ranging from outpatient, inpatient, emergency installation (IGD), to other medical support facilities.
The acquisition of this project is part of PTPP's commitment to supporting national development equity, especially in the health sector. Central Mamuju Regency, which is located in the West Sulawesi region, still needs to strengthen public service infrastructure to improve the quality of life of the community sustainably. The presence of the RSUD with more representative facilities is expected to expand access to faster, modern, and equitable health services for the surrounding community.
The construction of this hospital is also in line with the priority program of the Prabowo Subianto Presidential Government in strengthening the quality of basic public services, expanding access to health, and accelerating the development of healthy and productive Indonesian human resources. Health infrastructure is one of the important foundations in supporting the transformation of public services and strengthening national social resilience.
PTPP Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo, said that the Mamuju Tengah Regional Hospital construction project was a tangible form of the company's contribution to improving the quality of life of the community through the construction of quality health infrastructure.
"PTPP is committed to bringing development that has a direct impact on the community. Through the Mamuju Tengah Hospital project, the company hopes to support the improvement of health service quality as well as strengthen the equitable distribution of public facilities in various regions of Indonesia," said Joko Raharjo.
PTPP itself has a long experience in the construction of various health facilities in Indonesia, both government hospitals and other modern health facilities. With the experience and capabilities owned, the company is optimistic that this project can be completed on time by prioritizing construction quality, work safety, and sustainability principles.
