Ahead of Hosting the Tony Awards, Pink Shows a Harmonious Family
JAKARTA - Pink is preparing to host the Tony Awards, the highest award for the Broadway theater world in the United States. On stage, the "So What" singer is known to be fierce. At home, she appears as a mother of two children who are warm and close to the family.
Quoted from People's report, Sunday, June 7, Pink and her husband, former racer Carey Hart, have two children, Willow Sage and Jameson Moon. Pink married Hart in 2006. The two had separated in 2008, then reconciled a year later.
Willow was born on June 2, 2011. Jameson followed on December 26, 2016.
Pink often shares moments of her family on Instagram. There are old photos with little Willow, vacation moments in Vienna and Australia, to their time together while supporting Pink at the 2022 American Music Awards.
The family was also present when Pink got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in February 2019. In 2023, Willow and Jameson accompanied their mother when Pink received the Icon Award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Pink and Hart's relationship also often appears in personal uploads. On January 7, 2024, Pink recalled their marriage journey which was not always smooth.
"When I met you 22 years ago, I just wanted someone who wouldn't lie to me. I didn't know anything about commitment, building a life together, intimacy, trust. It was so hard," Pink wrote.
He also said that love could find its form again after a difficult time.
"I'm proud we made it through this year. I wear our wounds with pride. You are my stubborn, beautiful, unshakable rock," she wrote.
Hart also responded several times with a similar tone. In 2025, he wrote that they had been married for 19 years and together for more than two decades.
"For over 20 years we have traveled the world, built families, and created memories and beautiful lives together," Hart wrote.
Pink's children are also not far from the stage world. Willow once performed with her mother at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards with a cloth air attraction. She also sang with Pink performing "What About Us" at the 2024 Democratic National Convention.
According to People, Willow is one of the big reasons Pink accepted the assignment as this year's Tony Awards host. Willow is known as a Broadway fan.
However, the 15-year-old seems to want to keep his own path. When asked if Willow would perform with Pink on the Tony Awards stage on June 7, Pink gave a casual answer to Entertainment Tonight.
"I tried to get him, but he wanted me to stay on my path and he stayed on his path. He would tease me from the audience, as he should," Pink said.
Outside the big stage, Pink also often shares simple moments with Jameson. One of them is when the mother and child travel to Walt Disney World.
"I don't know who is happier, me or Jamo," Pink joked.
Ahead of the Tony Awards, this family story shows Pink's other side off the big stage.
