Transjakarta Holds a Running Event on the Sky Line of Corridor 13

JAKARTA - PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) held a running event on the Koridor 13 flyover, "Jakarta Sky Fun Run (JSFR) 2026" on July 12, 2026.

The activity, which carries the theme "Running Into Tomorrow", is part of the series of celebrations for the 499th Anniversary of the City of Jakarta as well as welcoming the journey to 500 years of Jakarta in 2027.

"Through the Jakarta Sky Fun Run 2026, we invite the public to enjoy Jakarta from a different perspective," said Director of Business and Asset Utilization of PT Transportasi Jakarta Fadly Hasan as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, June 6.

He said the Jakarta Sky Fun Run 2026 provided a quota of 5,000 participants, and tickets can be obtained through the Transjakarta application.

Through this activity, the public is invited to enjoy the face of Jakarta from a different perspective while celebrating the transformation of public transportation which has become an important part of city life.

The event also carries a mission of sustainability through an initiative program that connects participant participation with real actions to preserve the environment.

Through this program, Transjakarta invites the public to sort waste from home through the Waste Bank from Home program, which allows residents to obtain a Jakarta Sky Fun Run 2026 ticket discount voucher from the results of responsible waste management.

Jakarta Sky Fun Run 2026, according to Fadly, is a manifestation of Transjakarta's commitment to presenting an active, healthy, inclusive, and sustainable public space.

"Every decision to use public transportation, to make positive use of urban space, and to maintain the environment is part of a collective step towards a better Jakarta ahead of its five-hundredth birthday," said Fadly.
