TASPEN Fast Movement, 99 Percent of Pensioners Have Received the 13th Salary on the First Day of Distribution

JAKARTA - PT TASPEN (Persero) has disbursed the 13th salary payment for 2026 to retired State Civil Servants (ASN) on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. This distribution was carried out in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) Number 9 of 2026 concerning the Grant of Raya Allowance and 13th Salary to State Apparatus, Retirees, Pensioners, and Allowance Recipients in 2026.

The payment of the 13th salary was distributed through 46 TASPEN pay partners spread throughout Indonesia, with a total of 3.25 million participants. The government of President Prabowo Subianto ensures that pensions and additional rights for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) are distributed on time and in full. To ensure the smooth running of the distribution process, TASPEN has conducted a pick-up test in the TASPEN branch office area throughout Indonesia. In particular for TASPEN Batam and Makassar areas, the pick-up test was also attended by the TASPEN Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.

The implementation of the payment of the Thirteenth Salary in 2026 recorded an increase compared to the previous year in terms of the number of beneficiaries, the value of benefits, and the speed of time to distribute benefits to participants. In 2026, the number of beneficiaries increased from the previous year, which amounted to 3.16 million to 3.25 million retired participants.

In terms of the value of benefits, the total payment also increased by around Rp400 billion with the value of distribution, which was previously Rp10.43 trillion in 2025 to Rp10.83 trillion in 2026. In terms of speed of time, as much as 99.14 percent of the benefits distribution has been received by participants, an increase compared to the previous year which only reached 96 percent on the first day of distribution of the Thirteenth Thirteenth Salary.

This achievement reflects TASPEN's commitment to ensuring that the distribution of participants' rights is timely, optimal, and provides increasingly broad benefits for retirees.

Retirees do not need to make special applications or authentication to obtain the Thirteenth Salary of 2026. The payment is made based on the pension payment data for May 2026.

Nevertheless, participants are still required to carry out monthly authentication in accordance with applicable regulations. With this mechanism, TASPEN is committed to providing easy, safe, orderly, and regulatory payment services.

President Commissioner of PT TASPEN (Persero), Fary Djemi Franscis, appreciated TASPEN for the reliability of its system in 6 hours the money transferred from the Ministry of Finance had been disbursed to retirees on time.

"Until this morning, about 99.14 percent has been distributed," he said, Thursday, June 4.

Furthermore, Fary also emphasized President RI Prabowo Subianto's message that the 13th Salary should be given on time because it is greatly anticipated by retirees, especially to meet various family needs.

TASPEN disburses the Thirteenth Salary in a timely manner, the right amount, the right target, and without deductions. Even though retirees have loans with the pay partner, the Thirteenth Salary should not be deducted by the pay partner so that retirees can receive it in full.

If the pensioner finds a cut in the Thirteenth Salary, the pensioner is urged to immediately report it to TASPEN.

Some important provisions related to the implementation of the 13th Salary Payment for 2026 are as follows:

1. The 13th salary amount is based on the income component paid in May 2026 as a benefit received for one month in accordance with the provisions of the legislation; 2. The 13th salary is not subject to membership fees and/or other deductions including pension credit deductions and income tax, which have already been borne by the government; 3. If state officials or pensioners have more than one beneficiary status, the 13th salary is only paid once, namely based on the benefit with the largest nominal value; 4. For recipients who receive pensions or widow/widow benefits at the same time, the 13th salary is paid for both, both as the recipient themselves and as a pension or widow/widow benefit recipient; 5. For ASN employees and state officials who retire starting from June 1, 2026 and onwards, the 2026 13th salary payment is made by the last place of work.
