PMH Nikita Mirzani Ditolak, Dokter Reza Gladys Menang Telak di Pengadilan

JAKARTA - The shocking news came from the trial between Nikita Mirzani against Doctor Reza Gladys. The panel of judges decided to reject all the Perbuatan Melawan Hukum (PMH) lawsuit filed by Nikita Mirzani's party against the beauty doctor.

Julianus Sembiring, lawyer for Doctor Reza Gladys, confirmed the news to the media.

"The lawsuit of the convention plaintiff (Nikita Mirzani) was rejected in its entirety and then our reconvened lawsuit was accepted in part," said Julianus via zoom, Wednesday, June 3.

This victory not only stopped Nikita's legal steps, but also won a counter-claim from the Reza Gladys party.

"The counter-suit of Dr. Reza Gladys and Dr. Attaubah Mufid in the reconvened was partially granted," he added.

Julianus emphasized that this decision was the result of a strong legal construction that they had built from the beginning.

"This is a legal construction that we have conveyed in the beginning of the trial, the mediation stage, then in the answer-answer, in the conclusion," he explained.

The Reza Gladys party felt that the truth was finally revealed after going through a long process. "It was decided by the panel of judges that what was presented by the arguments of the lawsuit by Nikita Mirzani was rejected," said Julianus.

Interestingly, Julianus highlighted several arguments that were considered unreasonable in Nikita's lawsuit.

"We see several arguments that we think are ambiguous and we think it is impossible for a lawyer or advocate to make very ambiguous arguments," he said.

One of the points that is considered awkward is the inability to prove the purchase of the product.

"It states that Nikita Mirzani has bought one product but then cannot prove that he has ever bought it," he said.

Likewise with the claim of a review that is not accompanied by concrete evidence. "Saying that Nikita Mirzani reviewed it but never proved that he had reviewed it before Doctor Reza Gladys reported it," continued Julianus.

For him, this victory proves that the law is on the right track.

"Everyone has the right to exercise their legal rights, and the judge speaks independently and independently makes a decision," he said.

Now, Reza Gladys's party is just waiting for an official copy from the court for the next step.

"In principle, we actually haven't received a formal ruling on the copy as stipulated in the legal provisions," he concluded.
