Kejaksaan menetapkan mantan Kepala BGN Dadan Hindayana sebagai tersangka dugaan korupsi jual beli Titik SPPG.
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) named the former Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, as a suspect in the alleged corruption case of the sale and purchase of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG), Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
The determination of the suspect was made after investigators from the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Dittipidsus) of the Attorney General's Office conducted a series of investigations, including a search at the BGN office in the Kebon Sirih area, Central Jakarta.
After undergoing an examination, Dadan was immediately taken by the Jampidsus investigators wearing a pink prisoner vest typical of the Attorney General's Office.
This case came to light after investigators conducted a search at the BGN office since Wednesday morning. From the location, investigators allegedly found a number of evidence leading to the practice of buying and selling SPPG points in the national nutrition fulfillment program.
The Acting Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General's Office, Jefri, confirmed the search.
"The investigators of the Attorney General's Office have indeed searched the BGN office," said Jefri, Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
The search was a public concern because it took place a day after President Prabowo Subianto overhauled the BGN leadership.
In the new leadership structure, Nanik S Deyang was appointed as Head of BGN to replace Dadan Hindayana. Meanwhile, the position of Deputy Head of BGN is now filled by Agustina Arumsari and Major General TNI Trenggono who replaced Lodewik Kusung and Soni Sanjaya.
Until this news was released, the Attorney General's Office had not revealed in detail the construction of the case, the value of state losses, nor the role that Dadan Hindayana was suspected of playing in the case.
Investigators are still investigating alleged corruption related to the management and determination of SPPG points in the national nutrition fulfillment program.
