KPK OTT Immigration Officer Jakbar Allegedly Related to TKA Permit
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that there was a hand-in-hand operation (OTT) that ensnared immigration officials in the West Jakarta area today, June 3. The suspicion occurred in connection with the granting of foreign labor permits (TKA).
"That's right," said Deputy Chairman of the KPK Fitroh Rohcahyanto when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, June 3.
It has not been explained by Fitroh about who was involved in the silent operation. Likewise with the evidence that was secured.
Based on the information obtained, the anti-corruption commission has carried out this intensive action in the Jakaeta area since Tuesday evening, June 2.
The KPK is known to have last held an OTT in April. 18 people were arrested at that time, including the Regent of Tulungagung Gatut Sunu.
After a series of examinations, the KPK then named Gatut Sunu as a suspected extortioner in the Tulungagung Regency Government. He was a suspect along with his aide, Dwi Yoga Ambal.
