The Latest Suzuki Landy Officially Arrives, Equipped with a Hybrid Engine and Exciting Updates

JAKARTA - Suzuki officially presents the latest version of the Landy MPV or known as the lesser-known sibling of the Toyota Noah and Voxy has just taken a round of updates in Japan.

Citing the Carascoops website, Wednesday, June 3, the updated Landy no longer uses a pure gasoline engine, alias is all hybrid, and comes with a more sporty bodykit, although the infotainment is still left out of the standard kit.

In terms of appearance, Landy still comes with a modern design. From the front view, it comes with an elegant bumper and a large-sized grill that dominates the front of this model.

Suzuki's distinctive differences are only visible in the emblem and body-colored accents above the grill. The body color options are also quite simple, namely Platinum White Pearl Mica, Metal Stream Metallic, and Neutral Black.

Entering the cabin, the most striking change is the presence of an eight-passenger configuration, which complements the seven-seat option that was previously available.

Suzuki also attaches soft pad material on the dashboard, as well as an instrument panel with a 7-inch screen that is larger than the previous model.

The 2026 update turns off the 2.0-liter gasoline engine, the same move Toyota made on the Noah a few months ago. Now, the model comes with a 1.8-liter naturally aspirated hybrid engine with one or two electric motors, depending on the variant chosen.

Meanwhile, for the all-wheel drive variant or E-Four, Suzuki added a new driving mode called Snow Extra, which is designed to cope with winter conditions in Japan.
