Suspected of Spreading the Act of Sale Without Permission, Hisar Sihotang Reported to the Polda Metro Jaya

JAKARTA - After previously being reported to the Polda Metro Jaya for alleged criminal defamation through social media by a resident, now Hisar Sihotang who is known as the Secretary of the NGO Gracia must deal with the Police again.

Hisar Sihotang was reported to be related to the Personal Data Protection Law, where the report was registered with the number: LP/B/1346/II/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated February 19, 2026, with the report in the name of Hisar Sabinus Sihotang, Martinus Nduru, DKK.

"What we report is the Hisar Sihotang DKK for posting personal data of our clients without the right / permission of the right holder in the form of a house sale deed on social media where the deed should only be 3 (three) people who have it, namely the seller, buyer and notary," said DS Legal Officer, Friska Gultom.

Meanwhile, Hisar Sabinus Sihotang is reported to have met the investigators' call on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Furthermore, the investigator will call other reporters, including Martinus Nduru.

Previously, it was known that the NGO Gracia was angry because there were dozens of flower boards, one of which read "LSM PREMAN" which appeared in front of the Penabur Intercultural School (PIS), Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, as a criticism and protest related to the handling of bullying in the school environment.

In the midst of the controversy, the NGO Gracia is known to be very active in advocating for the protection of EJH, the alleged perpetrator of bullying, who is suspected of being involved in the case of bullying against dozens of students at PIS Kelapa Gading, where on December 8, 2025 EJH was in the DO of the school. Then in February 2026 EJH was reported to be alone in his class because dozens of parents of students asked the school to keep their children out of the same class as EJH.

Friska Gultom added that her client hopes that this case will immediately rise to an investigation and there will be a determination of suspects in this case considering the alleged criminal acts committed by Hisar Sihotang, Martinus Nduru have been clearly voltooid.

The search for the General Legal Administration (AHU) website of the Ministry of Law as well as the Community Organization Information System (Siormas) of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the DKI Jakarta Police also said that they had not found specific information regarding the legality of the organization named the Gracia NGO with an address at Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 57, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.
