5 Latest Korean Dramas to Air in June 2026, Starring Kim Jae Wook to Kim Moo Yeol

JAKARTA - 5 new Korean dramas will air starting in June. Unlike the previous month, the number of dramas airing this month is less given that some dramas from May are still airing.

Actor Kim Jae Wook, who is currently serving his mandatory military service, left fans with the drama Doctor on the Edge which was adapted from a webtoon. The adapted series Teach You a Lesson will also be released this month.

Not stopping there, Seo In Guk-Park Ji Hyun's latest drama titled See You at Work Tomorrow! is an adaptation of a webtoon that airs starting this month.

The drama Doctor on the Edge tells the story of Do Ji Ui (Lee Jae Wook), a surgeon who one day is assigned to work on Pyeondong Island despite having trauma to the island. There, he meets nurse Yook Ha Ri (Shin Yeeun) who used to work at the university hospital but chose to move to the island. The interaction between the two creates feelings and support for each other. The series airs every Monday and Tuesday.

The series Teach You A Lesson focuses on a school filled with naughty children. This makes it difficult for teachers and causes social issues. One day, Na Hwa Jin (Kim Moo Yeol) comes in as a supervisor and is assigned to discipline students without limits. The series will be released on Netflix on June 5.

This drama tells the story of Kang Si Woo (Seo In Guk), a cold, hard boss, but is seen as perfect. He monitors the hard work of his employees, including Cha Ji Yoon (Park Ji Hyun) who has worked for 7 years. Cha Ji Yoon works well and lives flat until it changes when he meets Kang Si Woo. The drama See You at Work Tomorrow! airs from June 22 on Prime Video.

The drama Agent Kim Reactivated is a comeback for So Ji Sub who plays the manager Kim who works at a bank. He looks like a single father even though he is a former secret agent who served various missions. His presence in South Korea is exiled and unknown while he is a fugitive in North Korea. Manager Kim must return to his identity when his son disappears. Agent Kim Reactivated airs starting June 26.

Notes from the Last Row tells the story of Heo Mun Ho (Choi Min Sik), a Korean literature professor who wants to be a successful writer but finds it difficult to make it happen. One day, he was impressed by his student's writing, Lee Kang (Choi Hyun Wook). Heo Mun Ho began teaching Lee Kang until he felt obsessed with Lee Kang. The series will be released on June 26.
