House Threatened to be Seized by the Bank, Sarwendah Admits to Ready to Take Her Child to Her Parents' House
JAKARTA - Sarwendah's lawyer, Chris Sam Siwu, said that his client was threatened with being evicted from the house as a result of the division of assets with Ruben Onsu, which is currently occupied by him.
Chris said that it turned out that the house in the South Jakarta area was used as collateral for a large amount of debt by Ruben Onsu, who until now has not paid the debt, so that it is threatened with being seized by the bank.
"Because the two houses that Wendah lives in, one is inhabited, the other is still related to bank collateral, and it has been 5, yes. That is, Wendah also lives there, it is not calm either," said Chris Sam Siwu in South Jakarta, Monday, June 1.
In fact, Chris revealed that the former Cherrybelle member never demanded ownership of assets or houses in large quantities. For Sarwendah, the comfort and future of the children are the top priority above all else.
"Yesterday, if I'm not mistaken, at the press conference, I said that Wendah never wanted many houses. Only one house," said Chris Sam Siwu.
Furthermore, Chris revealed evidence of a conversation (chatting) that showed Sarwendah's humble attitude. In the message, Sarwendah expressed her readiness if the house was eventually confiscated, she would return to live with her parents.
"Even if it turns out that there is no house either, he also said in his chat, 'I still have a house at my parents' house'. That is, our client is not a person who is 'wah' about property," said Chris.
Chris regretted the public opinion or certain parties who tried to build a bad image (framing) against Sarwendah, as if he was very ambitious about the property.
According to Chris, the facts that happened were just the opposite. All evidence of the conversation has been collected to prove that Sarwendah's focus is only to protect the interests of her children.
"I mean, there are only parties who make it, frame it, even though the fact is not so. All he cares about is the children, and the chat is there," he concluded.
