Entering Her 30s, Mikha Tambayong Changes Her Perspective on Beauty

JAKARTA - Actress Mikha Tambayong has a definition and meaning of beauty for herself. Mikha, who has been in the entertainment world since the age of 13, admitted that her way of looking at beauty continues to evolve as she grows older and gains experience.

Growing up in the film, fashion, and entertainment industries, Mikha is familiar with various beauty standards from a young age. Just say, white height to slimness that is often seen as the perfect image for women.

However, as his career and life progressed, he began to view beauty from a broader and more conscious perspective.

"The meaning of beauty for me is confidence, or self-confidence. We are proud of ourselves," he said at the XERF Indonesia press conference in Jakarta, Monday, June 1.

At the age of three, he feels that his view of beauty is no longer just about the outside appearance, but also about how a person takes care of themselves holistically.

Mikha admitted that he was more aware of the various things he consumed, the habits of life he lived, to the treatments he chose.

This awareness arose because he understood that the aging process is a natural and inevitable thing.

According to him, there is nothing wrong with being aware of the changes that occur in the body, including when collagen production begins to decrease with age. In fact, that awareness is the first step to taking better care of yourself.

"Aging, in my opinion, is better prevented than waiting and then looking for a solution. Taking care of the skin and body early is certainly easier than fixing it when the problem has appeared," he said.

However, Mikha emphasized that the main purpose of various self-care efforts is not to pursue perfection. For him, the essence of beauty is self-confidence.

This confidence, according to Mikha, does not come easily. There is a process of taking care of yourself that is carried out consistently, ranging from maintaining a diet, implementing a healthy lifestyle, to taking care of skin health.

He realizes that everyone will experience physical changes over time. Therefore, his main focus is not to stop the aging process, but to keep yourself healthy and feel comfortable with yourself.

This view is also what makes Mikha begin to be more open to the development of beauty care technology. If previously he tended to be careful trying various treatments, now he sees many innovations that offer optimal results with procedures that are minimally painful and without a long recovery period.

Later, Mikha admitted that he tried a treatment technology that focuses on collagen stimulation and lifting and tightening effects on the skin, such as XERF.

XERF is a technology carried in this campaign by offering a more personal and comprehensive approach to skin care. This world's first dual-frequency monopolar RF technology combines two radiofrequency frequencies that work simultaneously on various skin layers, so as to be able to provide optimal and targeted results according to the needs of each individual.

Not only that, this innovation is also equipped with a sophisticated cooling system and adjustable energy depth settings, so it presents a more comfortable treatment experience with minimal recovery time.

This experience was one of the points that changed his perception of aesthetic treatments. Previously, the treatments he had undergone were generally in the form of facials, skin boosters, or lasers that worked on the surface of the skin.

But this time, he tried a technology designed to help increase collagen production while tightening the skin.

"This is the first treatment I tried which is indeed aimed at lifting and tightening. It turns out that the experience of the treatment is very pleasant and I also like the results," said Mikha.

Mikha admitted that one of the reasons he dared to try was because the procedure did not require downtime and did not cause effects that interfered with daily activities.

"If we take care of ourselves well, we become more confident. And having confidence in yourself is a huge added value," concluded Mikha.

On the same occasion, Marisa Theresia, Head of idsMED Aesthetics Indonesia said, the #YOUtheXERF campaign is a response to changes in people's views on beauty and aesthetic treatments.

He sees beauty now is no longer solely about appearance, but also about self-confidence and self-acceptance.

The high enthusiasm of the Indonesian people towards innovation in the field of aesthetics also encourages the presence of XERF in the country.

"Through this campaign, we want to invite the public to view beauty as something more personal, namely about "confidence, authenticity, and being the best version of yourself. These values are also reflected in the figure of Mikha Tambayong, who is now trusted as the Brand Ambassador of XERF Indonesia," concluded Marissa.
