Location of the Mobile SIM in Jakarta Today, Open from 08.00 to 14.00

JAKARTA - The Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) of the Metro Jaya Police is still opening the Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) keliling service in the Jakarta area to help residents extend the validity of the legal driving requirement on Saturday, May 30.

Polda Metro Jaya through the X @tmcpoldametro account, quoted by Antara, said that this SIM outlet was opened from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB.

East Jakarta: The lobby of the Grand Cakung Mall

North Jakarta: LTC Glodok main lobby

South Jakarta: Parking area next to Trilogi University

West Jakarta: South Lobby of Ciputra Mall

Central Jakarta: Parking area of Lapangan Banteng Post Office

Prospective applicants must prepare and complete the required requirements and administrative fees before going to the location to extend the SIM document.

The requirements needed, yaknifotokopi KTP which is still valid, the original old SIM and still valid, proof of health examination, and proof of psychological test through the Simpel Pol application.

This mobile SIM car service can only extend the SIM that is still valid for certain groups, namely SIM A and SIM C.

As for SIMs that have expired even one day, the SIM owner must make a new SIM application at a place that has been determined by the police.

For the cost of extension, in accordance with PP Number 76 of 2020 concerning the Types and Rates of Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP) applicable to the National Police, it is IDR 80,000 for the extension of SIM A and IDR 75,000 for the extension of SIM C.

In addition to these costs, applicants also need to pay other additional costs, namely psychological tests, health test fees through the Simpel Pol application.
