Saudi Arabia will postpone normalization of relations with Israel until the elections

Saudi Arabia has no intention of normalizing relations with Israel until parliamentary elections are held in Israel in September.

The Axios news portal, citing Israeli and US officials, said US President Donald Trump on Saturday called on a number of Muslim countries to join the Abraham Accords with Israel if Washington reached an agreement with Iran.

In 2020, the US launched a process aimed at normalizing relations between Israel and Arab countries.

As a result, a series of documents were signed, which later became known as the Abraham Accords.
