The data is used by the government to see daily price movements in various regions. According to Budi, the price of MinyaKita is currently in the range of Rp. 15,800 per liter.
This figure, according to him, is actually lower than the previous day. Budi admitted that prices in the eastern region, especially Papua, are still higher than other regions. The government has asked Bulog to strengthen distribution to the region.
Budi ensured that price monitoring continued every day. Market operations also continued with the National Food Agency or Bapanas. Budi also emphasized that the stock of cooking oil was safe.
He asked the public and journalists to check the price data through SP2KP because the report came from the region.
