This next stage is to demolish the Old Sadang GT and prepare for the operation of Ramp 5 and Ramp 7 of the Sadang Junction, in the Purwakarta area.

He ensured that all stages of work were carried out while prioritizing safety aspects and the smooth flow of road users.

According to him, the arrangement of access in the Sadang Junction area is part of the development phase of the Jakarta-Cikampek II South Toll Road connectivity.

"During the work, we ensure that traffic arrangements and operational readiness in the field are carried out optimally so that the mobility of road users is still well served," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 20.

During the work, Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad through Representative Office 3 together with PT JJS prepared temporary traffic arrangements in the form of diversion lanes, to ensure that road user mobility continues to run smoothly.

Road users from Sadang who will head towards Jakarta or Bandung will be directed through a temporary diversion and access ramp that has been prepared in the Sadang Junction area. Meanwhile, for road users from Jakarta and Bandung who will head to the Sadang area, they can still use the existing lane.

Traffic arrangements are carried out gradually with the following details:

The demolition work of phase 1 will be carried out from Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 09.00 WIB until Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 17.00 WIB. The demolition work of phase 2 will be carried out from Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 09.00 WIB until Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 17.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, regarding the inconvenience that arose during the work, Jasa Marga apologized.

To support smooth cooperation, road users are urged to arrange travel time, ensure the adequacy of electronic card balances, and remain cautious by complying with traffic signs and instructions from officers in the field.
