DPO Narcotics Rp464 Billion Being Hunted by Interpol, Now Allegedly a Caribbean Citizen
JAKARTA - The Narcotics Crime Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has applied for the issuance of an Interpol Red Notice (RNI) against the supplier of methamphetamine to Andre Fernando alias "The Doctor", namely Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Haji.
"Applying for the issuance of a red notice through the National Police's Divhubinter against DPO Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Haji," said the Director of Narcotics Crime (Dirtipidnarkoba) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Brigjen Pol. Eko Hadi Santoso, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, May 20.
He explained that Lukmanul Hakim was an Indonesian citizen (WNI) from Aceh who was suspected of being an international Malaysian-Indonesian drug dealer.
"Lukmanul Hakim is suspected of playing a role as a controller of the circulation of narcotics in the network of Andre Fernando alias The Doctor," he said.
He said based on Andre's statement, the five kilograms of methamphetamine distributed by drug trafficker Erwin Iskandar alias Koko Erwin, was obtained by Andre from Lukmanul Hakim.
Furthermore, it is also known that Lukmanul Hakim is domiciled in Malaysia and is suspected of having changed his nationality to become a citizen of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Caribbean Islands.
"Based on Andre's statement, Lukmanul Hakim is a DPO of the BNN RI related to the money laundering case of narcotics," he said.
As for Andre, he continued, he admitted that he last met Lukmanul Hakim in 2024.
"Lukmanul Hakim is suspected of having plastic surgery on his face so that there is a difference with the photo shown by the investigators," he said.
Furthermore, Eko revealed that based on the results of the analysis of banking transactions to the network account of the narcotics syndicate connected to Lukmanul Hakim, it was found that the total volume of transactions from the four shelter accounts during the period from December 28, 2018 to March 31, 2026 reached 14,961 transactions with a value of Rp. 464,144,761,398.46.
As a follow-up step, in addition to applying for a red notice, the Narcotics Division also sent a letter of request for assistance in arresting Lukmanul Hakim in a police-to-police manner to the Malaysian PDRM.
In addition, the Dittipidnarkoba of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police in collaboration with the Pusident of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police made a sketch of Lukmanul Hakim's face, the alleged face shape of the DPO after plastic surgery.
"Make a DPO sheet for Lukmanul Hakim by attaching three photos, namely photos before plastic surgery and the results of the sketch of the alleged face shape after plastic surgery," said Eko.
