KSP Watch MBG Program Strictly, Dudung: Prevent Abuse of Individuals

Jakarta - The Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program is now being supervised by the Presidential Staff Office (KSP). This was conveyed by the Head of the Presidential Staff Office, General Purnawirawan Dudung Abdurachman at the Presidential Palace Complex, Tuesday, May 19.

Dudung conveyed this after meeting the Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana at the KSP Office. KSP, according to Dudung, will closely monitor the implementation of President Prabowo Subianto's flagship program through the BGN, including preventing abuse by certain individuals.

According to Dudung, the meeting discussed the current situation at BGN, the working mechanism, to a number of issues that were considered prominent in the implementation of the program. He emphasized that the KSP together with BGN would strengthen supervision so that no party would use the program for personal interests.

The synergy between the two institutions, said Dudung, will continue to be improved to ensure that the program runs according to its purpose. Dudung hopes that various evaluation and supervision steps can make the BGN program better.

Dudung assessed that the program was a priority for the President which must be fully supported because it was considered very beneficial for Indonesian children.
