HashMicro's Chief of Business Development Named Best AI Innovator of the Year
JAKARTA - Chief of Business Development HashMicro, Lusiana Lu, won the Best AI Innovator of the Year award at the CNN Indonesia Women Leadership Awards 2026 held by CNN Indonesia. This award was given for his role in leading the direction of artificial intelligence-based innovation at HashMicro, including in the launch of HMX, an AI-native enterprise software that brings a new approach to business operations.
In the midst of the trend of AI adoption which is still largely complementary, Lusiana encourages a different approach, making AI a core part of the system, not just an additional feature or add-on. This direction is the foundation in the development of HMX, which allows the system not only to process data, but also to understand the business context and play a direct role in running various operational activities.
Under his leadership, HMX's development is focused on a tangible impact on the way the company works. With an AI-native approach, various processes that were previously long can now be summarized into one automated flow, allowing work to be completed faster.
The system also orchestrates tasks autonomously, thereby reducing the operational burden and costs that arise from manual processes and rework. At the same time, real-time analysis capabilities provide more accurate insights, enabling faster and more responsive decision-making.
This approach is also reflected in how users interact with the system. HMX allows users to obtain information or perform tasks only through simple instructions, while providing flexibility in adjusting workflows without long customization processes - a development direction that Lusiana has consistently driven to ensure that technology remains adaptive to business needs.
This capability in practice presents a system that is no longer passive. In many cases, HMX can act as a digital "co-worker" that helps run daily business processes, from coordinating activities to executing operational tasks, with a higher level of autonomy than conventional systems.
This innovation places HMX as the first AI-native ERP in Asia-Pacific that integrates artificial intelligence thoroughly in the business system. Under Lusiana's direction, its launch also attracted the attention of the Asia Pacific market, with increasing interest from companies that see the potential for deeper implementation of AI in their operations.
In his statement, Lusiana said that this award reflects the direction of future business technology development.
"AI should not only be a tool, but also a part of the work itself. Through HMX, we want to present a system that is able to understand the business and play an active role in running it," he said in a written statement, Tuesday, May 19.
This award strengthens HashMicro's position in the regional business technology landscape, as the need for solutions that are not only efficient, but also smart and adaptive to modern operational dynamics increases.
