Uncle Birin-Denny Indrayana Re-fight In Tapin Regency, Police Alert 366 Guards Personnel 24 TPS
KALIMANTAN - A total of 366 joint personnel were prepared to secure the 2020 Voting for the Governor and Deputy Governor of South Kalimantan (Kalsel) in Tapin Regency.
Tapin Police Chief AKBP Pipit Subiyanto said the personnel were prepared to stand guard at 24 polling stations in Binuang District, Tapin.
"The Tapin Police are also assisted by the Hulu Sungai Utara, Hulu Sungai Tengah and Balangan Police," he said in Binuang, Tuesday, June 8.
The 366 personnel consist of 228 Police, 60 TNI, 30 Civil Service Police Units, and 48 Linmas.
"For the placement, thickening will be carried out in each TPS and at several location points which are indeed from observation requiring special thickening," he explained.
For the sake of the smooth running of the PSU at the 24 polling stations, the security forces turned the Binuang Football School (SSB) dormitory into a command post.
"Meanwhile, security patrols have been carried out since yesterday and 24 hours a day. In addition to patrols, we also carry out socialization and education to the public so that the PSU implementation is successful," he explained
The head of Tapin Bawaslu, Thessa Aji Budiono, said that each polling station will have a supervisor. "Later, there will be members of the Bawaslu Tapin and Panwascam Binuang who will be ready to assist the supervision of TPS at each TPS," he said.
Not wanting there to be fraud, his party also carried out patrols in the Binuang District area. "The point is we have layered supervision," he said.
Meanwhile, the implementation of the PSU is the result of the decision of the Constitutional Court trial on Friday, March 19, related to the dispute over the 2020 South Kalimantan gubernatorial election between the H. Sahbirin Noor and H. Muhidin (BirinMu/Uncle Birin) pair 01 against the pair H. Denny Indrayana and H. .Defriadi (H2D) candidate pair 02.
According to data from the Tapin KPU, the number of voting rights at 24 polling stations in Binuang District, Binuang Village was 1,972 votes, Raya Belanti Village 733 votes, Tunjuk Village 1,741 votes, Pulam Sari Village 1,457 votes, Padang Sari Village 154 votes and Mekar Sari Village 341 votes.
In the PSU area, BirinMu previously won with 6,027 votes, while H2D only got 190 votes. At the 24 polling stations the participation rate reached 100 percent.
