Angry Didoakan Celaka, Karina Ranau Resmi Laporkan Netizen ke Polisi: Ini Manusia Biadab
JAKARTA - The wife of the late Epy Kusnandar, Karina Ranau, finally lost her patience in dealing with the actions of netizens on social media. Accompanied by her son, Quentin Kusnandar, Karina came to the South Jakarta Metro Police to report an account that was considered to have insulted her family excessively.
"Maybe for some people they will say 'ah lebay' when they see me and my son there. But whatever people want to say, because it concerns my child's psychology and also the family. Because frankly I did come because I have been patient enough with the name netizen," said Karina Ranau in Kalibata, South Jakarta, Thursday, May 14.
Karina said that until now she had tried to ignore negative comments. However, there is one account that he thinks has gone beyond the limits of humanity, especially when commenting on his family's sad moments.
"I sort out which ones are really painful, sometimes I screenshot, I post. That's my way of treating it a little bit with the situation that we are still grieving. So it's not that easy to forget," he continued with a trembling tone.
The peak of Karina's anger occurred when the account commented on Quentin's re-uploaded video. In fact, Karina admitted that she composed the video with a lot of feelings to remember the late husband.
"I make content, it's been a long time, Mbak, find a moment when the late husband is still there, I open the gallery. Suddenly it was commented on him. And it was really painful to comment: 'Damn he's dead, damn he's dead'. How is that for us who are still grieving to be commented on like that?" complained Karina.
For Karina, the insult to her can still be forgiven. However, when the sentence was directed at her late husband who was gone, she felt she had to act decisively to teach a lesson.
"You want to insult me, whatever you want, but don't do it. I'd rather say 'die lo', it's okay. But this person is really gone, but he said such words. It's very painful, very damaging to our souls and minds," he said again.
Despite the many other negative comments, Karina chose to focus on reporting one account that was the most vocal in carrying out the attack. He felt there was a personal grudge behind the barbaric comments.
"The reported account is only one, only one. If you want to follow all of them, there are so many. So I want to focus on one, this human being. I don't know who it is, it seems like it's really angry with us," he said.
Interestingly, Karina came to the police station without being accompanied by a lawyer. He felt that as a citizen, he was entitled to immediate legal protection for the psychic disturbance he experienced.
"I don't think about the lawyer. I thought at that time I was selling Mbak, it was crowded in the warung, I saw the comments. I left the warung, I went straight there to the Police. I want to go to the police station, I want to ask for help because I feel I am an Indonesian citizen," he explained.
Karina's report has now been officially received by the police. He is waiting for the next summoning schedule to complete the Report of the Examination (BAP).
"Last night I went there to the South Jakarta Police, I have reported it. The investigator said that later you will be scheduled for a summons. I don't understand because I have never dealt with the police like this," he said.
Closing his statement, Karina gave a stern warning. If the account does not immediately show good faith, he will not open the door of forgiveness and choose to continue the legal process to the court.
"I want that person to be in front of my eyes. I don't want to apologize, I want to put him in jail. There is no word of forgiveness. I want to give him 3x24 hours. If the account doesn't try to contact me, I will continue this," concluded Karina Ranau.
