Kejaksaan Terima Rp10,27 Triliun dari Satgas PKH, Lahan 2,3 Juta Hektare Dikembalikan
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office has again become a place for the submission of large amounts of money. The Forest Area Control Task Force or PKH Task Force handed over the results of the VII stage of the control, which amounted to around IDR 10.27 trillion.
The handover is scheduled to be witnessed by President Prabowo Subianto, Wednesday, May 13.
The funds come from administrative fines, Non-Tax State Revenues or PNBP, and tax deposits. Of the total, around Rp3.4 trillion is administrative fines.
In addition to money, the government also received the return of 2,373,171.75 hectares of forest land. This figure is not small. Its size exceeds many administrative areas in Indonesia.
Based on VOI's monitoring, the Rp100,000 denomination was stacked and wrapped in transparent plastic. It is about two meters high.
The handover of phase VII is part of the work of the PKH Task Force in regulating the ownership and use of problematic forest areas.
Trillions of dollars and millions of hectares of land that have returned to the country show one thing: the problem of forest areas is not just a matter of paper permits. There are state assets, public revenue, and governance that have been leaking for too long.
