Police Investigate the Involvement of Former Members of the West Kutai Police with Drug Dealers

JAKARTA - The Narcotics Crime Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police is investigating the alleged involvement of a former member of the West Kutai Police with a drug dealer named Ishak.

Director of Narcotics Crime (Dirtipidnarkoba) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, said that the investigation was related to the case of alleged drug trafficking in West Kutai, East Kalimantan, which is currently being taken over by his party.

"Investigators have obtained new facts regarding the alleged involvement of the former Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the West Kutai Police, AKP Deky Jonathan Sasiang, in the illegal drug trafficking business operated by Ishak and his friends," he said.

However, regarding the details of this case, he could not reveal it.
