BRI Officially Pays Dividends Today, Spread Rp52.1 Trillion

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI on Friday (8 May 2026) officially paid cash dividends to shareholders for the 2025 financial year.

BRI Corporate Secretary Dhanny revealed that the payment of the dividend was a follow-up to the decision of the BRI Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) which had been held on April 10, 2026.

"The total cash dividend distributed by BRI reached IDR 52.1 trillion or IDR 346 per share," he said, Friday, May 8.

The value has included an interim dividend of IDR 137 per share or IDR 20.6 trillion which had previously been paid on January 15, 2026. Thus, the remaining cash dividend paid on May 8, 2026 is IDR 209 per share or worth IDR 31.47 trillion.

Dhanny said the dividend distribution policy still pays attention to the balance between adding value for shareholders and strengthening the capital structure to support sustainable business growth.

"The distribution of dividends reflects BRI's commitment to provide optimal and sustainable economic value to shareholders, as well as reflecting the strong fundamentals and the resilience of the Company's performance which remains maintained in the midst of global economic dynamics," continued Dhanny.

BRI's dividend policy reflects a balanced approach between profit distribution to shareholders and strengthening the capital structure to support future business expansion. This approach is in line with BRI's strategy in ensuring the quality of sustainable positive growth.

"Shareholders entitled to receive dividends are investors who are recorded in the Shareholder List (recording date) on April 22, 2026," said Dhanny.
