IIF Supports Inclusive Education for Students with Disabilities
JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) held a corporate social responsibility activity on April 24, 2026 by providing support and assistance to blind and visually impaired students at the National Level SLB-A Pembina Jakarta.
This activity is part of the company's commitment to supporting the progress of national education as well as IIF's participation in welcoming National Education Day.
Working together with the Helping Hands Foundation, this activity presents a series of educational and inspirational activities, ranging from education on how to communicate with people with disabilities, sharing about the world of work for people with disabilities, to interactive team building activities with students.
On this occasion, IIF also handed over assistance in the form of three laptop units to support learning activities for students with disabilities, as well as education assistance worth IDR 25 million.
This activity is one of the programs from IIF Act, a IIF employee engagement platform that encourages active employee involvement in various corporate Social Responsibility activities. Through IIF Act, IIF employees are encouraged to contribute directly to creating positive and sustainable social impact for the community.
"All of these activities are aimed at providing insight, motivation, and building the confidence of blind students so that they are better prepared for the future. We hope that IIF can continue to have a positive and sustainable impact on the world of education and inclusive empowerment," said President Director & CEO of IIF, Rizki Pribadi Hasan, in a statement, Thursday, April 30.
Chief Risk Officer IIF, Lestari Umardin, added that his party was committed to continuing similar programs with various parties in the future.
"Through collaboration, we want to ensure that equal and meaningful access to education can reach more beneficiaries," he explained.
Through this activity, IIF emphasizes that sustainable development does not only focus on the development of physical infrastructure, but also on human capacity building and efforts to ensure that no party is left behind in the process of nation-building.
