JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will conduct an auction for the execution of state booty.
Reporting from Twitter @KPK_RI, the KPK will carry out an auction for the execution of state looted goods without the presence of auction participants with the type of auction bid via the internet (closed bidding) through the intermediary of the State Property & Auction Service Office (KPKNL).
The object of the auction is 1 unit of Landrover Brand Vehicle, Type Range Rover 5.0L 4 X 4, Color with Nopol B 963 MNC. This car is known to belong to Markus Nari.
The auction will be held on Wednesday, 09 June 2021 with a deadline of 09.00 Server Time (WIB). Domain address https://lelang.go.id.
Interested or prospective bidders can view the object of the car or vehicle auction on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 10.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB at the Rupbasan Office in West Jakarta & Tangerang at Jalan Taman Makam Pahlawan Taruna No. 41 Tangerang City.

Reported from the KPK website, the following is information about the Landrover auction:
- Year of manufacture of car 2010
- Equipped with 1 original STNK and original Motor Vehicle Owner's Book (BPKB)
- The limit price of the car offered is IDR 512,299,000
- Security deposit of IDR 160,000,000
Auction terms:
1. Prospective bidders can register and activate an account at https://www.lelang.go.id.
2. Auction participants are required to deposit an auction security deposit, the amount of which must be the same as the predetermined value and must have been effectively received by the Tangerang I KPKNL no later than 08 June 2021 or 1 (one) day prior to the auction. The auction security deposit is deposited into the Virtual Account Number (VA) of each auction participant and validation will be carried out by the Tangerang I KPKNL. Deposit the Security Deposit no later than Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 23.59 WIB.
3. The auction winner must pay the purchase price and auction fee of 3% through the VA of the auction winner no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction, if it is not fulfilled then it is declared void and default and the security deposit is deposited into the state treasury as other receipts .
4. Interested or prospective bidders can view the object of the car or vehicle auction on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 10.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB at the Office of the State Confiscated Objects Storage House (Rupbasan) West Jakarta and Tangerang on Jalan Taman Makam Pahlawan Taruna No. 41 Tangerang City, with standard health protocols.
5. The winner of the auction will be announced via e-mail of each participant.
6. Due to one reason or another, the Seller and/or Auction Officer may cancel the auction of the auction object mentioned above, and the interested parties/interested in the auction cannot make any demands/objections of any kind to the Seller and/or Auction Office.
7. In view of the prevention of covid-19, bidders who are designated as Buyers/Tender Winners or representatives/authorized who will take the auction items, are required to bring proof that they have undergone rapid antigen or PCR tests
8. The cost of obtaining STNK, BPKB, vehicle number plates, transfer of name and vehicle tax shall be borne by the winner of the auction.
