Ahead of Labor Day, Polrestro Jakut Holds Tactical Floor Game Security Simulation

JAKARTA - The North Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Erick Frendriz, led a simulation of the city's security system through the Tactical Floor Game (TFG) as preparation for the Labor Day celebration in the North Jakarta area, Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

This activity was carried out as a form of readiness in anticipating potential disturbances of public security and order (kamtibmas).

"This is also a means of evaluating the security plan so that each personnel understands their duties and responsibilities," said Kombes Erick.

He emphasized that through this simulation, it is hoped that the implementation of security can run professionally, humanistically, and measured, so that the situation is conducive.

"Through TFG, participants visualize the security scenario tactically using maps and miniature troop movements, including handling demonstrations, congestion, and potential riots," he said.

The Police Chief also emphasized the importance of common perceptions, cross-functional coordination, and speed in acting in the field to ensure that security is optimal.
