Son Seok Ku and Ha Jung Woo Become Rivals in The Generals Film
JAKARTA - Son Seok Ku and Ha Jung Woo will star in the latest film titled The Generals. In addition to the two, the film is also played by Ji Chang Wook, Hyun Bong Sik, and Seo Hyun Woo.
The Generals is directed by Yoon Jong Bin who worked on the series Narco-Saints and Nine Puzzles. Previously, Son Seok Ku played Nine Puzzles and Ha Jung Woo played Narco-Saints.
The Generals tells the story of Roh Tae Woo (Son Seok Ku), a second-in-command who aspires to greater power under the rule of Chun Doo Hwan (Ha Jung Woo). Set in modern Korea, Yoon Jong Bin will shoot the struggle of people who are regulated by the system.
Son Seok Ku becomes Roh Tae Woo who is remembered as a friend of Chun Doo Hwan and tries to fight for the first position.
This film is his latest project after the film Virus in 2025.
Ha Jung Woo plays Chun Doo Hwan, who ruled the military regime. Chun Doo Hwan and Roh Tae Woo are good friends at the Korea Military Academy who compete and are friends. Ha Jung Woo was last seen in the drama Mad Concrete Dreams and the film Hope.
Ji Chang Wook plays Heo Hak Seong, a junior member of the Korea Military Academy who becomes a threat to Roh Tae Woo. Then there is Hyun Bong Sik as Jung Ho Joong, a good friend of Roh Tae Woo and Chun Doo Hwan.
Later, the film The Generals will be shown on Netflix.
