Attorney General's Office Waiting for BPKP Regarding State Losses in the Corruption of the DLH Dump Truck in Central Lombok
JAKARTA - The state's losses in the corruption case for capital expenditure in the form of Dump Trucks and Arm Rolls at the Environment Service (DLH) of Central Lombok Regency for the 2021 Budget are still in process.
"We are still waiting for the results of the calculation of state financial losses from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) to immediately determine who the suspects who must be held responsible," said Head of Intelligence of the Central Lombok District Attorney's Office (Kejari), Alfa Dera in Central Lombok, Monday.
The investigation of this case refers to the Investigation Order (Sprindik) of the Head of the Lombok Tengah District Prosecutor's Office Number: PRIN-602/N.2.11/Fd.2/04/2026.
The legal process in the case with a budget ceiling of Rp. 5 billion which is suspected of being a bank, commanded by the Head of the Special Criminal Section (Kasi Pidsus) Dimas Praja Subroto, continues to progress in accordance with the firm direction of the Head of the Lombok Tengah District Prosecutor's Office.
"Yes, for the dump truck case at this time, the investigators from the Special Criminal Investigation Section under the command of Mas Dimas are still going on. Investigators have summoned and examined more than 20 witnesses," he said.
Dera explained that the investigators had also coordinated intensively with experts to calculate the financial losses of the state due to the procurement project.
"Hopefully in the near future the financial losses of his country will soon be out. We assure you that Insya Allah the BPKP friends will immediately submit the results of their calculations," he said.
His party believes that BPKP works professionally to calculate how much money the people have lost. After the number comes out, it will be determined who is responsible.
Previously, the Central Lombok District Attorney's Office also stated that the illegal act (PMH) in the case had been found. All units cannot be said to be assets because there are indications of non-compliance with specifications.
In fact, there are vehicle documents among the 10 trucks that are incomplete administratively regarding the completeness of vehicle number plates and this has violated, considering the existence of vehicle number plates as part of the fulfillment of taxpayers.
